Your role
Are you interested in bringing the digital world to Group General Counsel (GGC) and are you having a knack for technology? Are you detail oriented, with experience in running operational processes and controls, as well ensuring that complex concepts are documented correctly and in a simple way?
We're looking for a Business Analyst with focus on data quality and analysis capabilities as part of our GGC COO Outside Counsel Management (OCM) Team who can help us:
• Gather static data and ensure proper maintenance of data quality within GGC OCM Team
• Drive financial reporting processes while assuring data quality for matters, external legal spend and quarterly forecasting
• Conduct and support of various activities to further increase & properly manage data quality and process improvements within our reporting portfolio
• Design, creation and maintenance of Excel/Access-based automations (financial data modelling) which would enable our internal stakeholders to manage data with increased efficiency, e.g. creation of reports, dashboards etc.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Your team
You will join Outside Counsel Management Team within Group General Counsel (GGC) COO in the Zabierzów. Our department supports and manages processes across all divisions within Legal area. We focus on strategic and operational vendor and contract management, cost management including external legal fees reporting, planning and forecasting, delivering change for Group Legal and providing business management and operations support services. By joining our team, you will be encouraged to further develop existing processes using innovative solutions. This will enhance both your technical and business capabilities.
Your expertise
• Ideally 1-3 year(s) of experience in Financial Services, Consultancy or Data within other industries
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel VBA skills – essential)
• Excellent data and documentation analysis skills with the ability to grasp new concepts easily and to adapt within a changing environment
• Methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Well organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
• Experience in design and development of excel-based financial models – nice to have
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel VBA skills – essential)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
