The IS Utility team is an integral part of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) organization. Candidates must be highly motivated, customer focused, prepared to be flexible and capable of working under pressure. The IS Utility will provide documented processes in order to follow up on, report on, and escalate information security issue resolution where repeatable services can be provided. The team will consist of operations staff that have an understanding of the IS programs and the actions required to compete them.

Responsibilities:

• Support different activities for key IS processes being knowledgeable in programs and in all tools needed to complete requirements for the programs being supported
• Perform all tasks in accordance with policy of Citigroup, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Ensure successful completion of BAU tasks, taking accountability of consistent good quality and timely delivery
• Performs BAU follow-up and escalation according to process definitions, using various communication channels - engages through Email, IM, or Calls as necessary
• Escalate issues base on predefined criteria
• Perform all administrative required task in a timely manner – update Capacity, resources and assignments
• Monitor and maintain email Inbox for supported programs
• Report issues on timely manner following the process defined for production issues
• Exchange ideas and information in a concise and clear manner
• Report issues with effectiveness of internal processes so the team can define next steps for improvements

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in a Information Security or Technology Infrastructure role
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
