Your role

Are you passionate about bringing IT systems to life? Do you enjoy problem solving in elegant ways? Do you have an analytic mind? If so, you could be the right person for this role. UBS is expanding the functionality of its' CA PPM tool to support management of its portfolios, programs and projects. We are looking for a developer who can:
• Develop new and complex changes from requirements through to implementation
• Expand and enhance the UBS CA PPM installation to maximise the value that we get from PPM
• Identify and implement improvements to the design and stability of the platform
• Contribute to upgrade of the PPM platform to newest version made available by CA
• Develop PPM in-line with UBS methodologies, policies and procedures

Your team

You will be part of the GCS, Sourcing and COO IT team within Finance, Risk and Analytics IT organization (FRAS). Our software and tools are at the heart of UBS's Corporate Centre where we provide bank-wide solutions to support the business processes in these functions. The team is global based in Switzerland, UK, EMEA, APAC and the US.

Your expertise

• 5+ years of hands-on development/implementation of PPM systems
• Strong knowledge of CA PPM, as well as experience using Oracle and Java technologies. Knowledge of NSQL, GEL and XOG scripting, as well as Clarity configuration is essential
• Proven problem-solving ability in both development of changes and resolution of issues
• Understanding of the business processes for Program and Project Management (beneficial)
• Familiarity with creating reports and domains in Jaspersoft/Jaspersoft Studio (beneficial)
