HR International Mobility Advisor

Job description:

If You have strong communication skills, an open mind and you like working with people, this role could be your chance to provide end to end HR Operations to employees, line managers and local HR across a designated region. If you already experienced in HR operations, business HR, customer service or if you have knowledge about international relocation you should consider to join our team.

Where you fit in
Be the central point of contact to the employees, line managers, country HR, regional mobility team and mobility service providers to ensure timely execution and success well a time of transfer into location with full country compliance.

What’s the role?
As IM Advisor you will be delivering great employee experiences through multiple complex Policy and Process for an end to end Global Mobility Project Management.
More specifically, your role will include:

  • In charge of managing end to end transfer lifespan by holding accountability for and coordinating all transfer activities.

  • Provide consulting services while effectively disseminating information to employees.

  • Ensure clarity on complex expatriate compensation and benefits information tailored to different employees depending on their assignment package.

  • Safeguard employee’s personal information.

  • Provide coaching in the understanding of IM process and policies to employees, line managers and local HR to deal with transfer-related matters in a compliant and effective manner.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who have very good knowledge and a good understanding of HR Model. Furthermore, we appreciate candidates who are empathetic and have an excellent mindset. Beyond that, we'd hope to see as many following as possible on You CV:

  • Strong application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in managing end to end transfer cases.

  • Knowledge about policy intent and process understanding that fits best of the employee’s transfer scenario including global and local policies and external circumstances

  • Multitasking activities such as managing the day to day activities while being involved in regional activities/workstreams.

  • Following the right ways of working without putting employee and company in legal business risks

  • Strong curiosity & influencing skills.

  • English language – min. C1.
