Responsibilities:

• Oversight on credit authorities system;
• Reviews of credit limits granted to Credit Verification employees;
• Quality reviews of credit decisions taken by credit analysts in line with regulations for retail products;
• Oversight on collection authorities system;
• Oversight on collection strategy realization by Collections Department employees;
• Preparation of reports and performing controls on Credit Policy’s and Citigroup’s request;
• Cooperation with Citi Regional Office to deliver required reports;
• Support in monitoring of controls performed in Retail Banking Risk Division and assessing their status within self-assessment process;
• Cooperation with Compliance Department, Legal Department, Independent Control and Operational Risk Department and other organizational units of the Bank to ensure compliance with internal procedures;
• Monitoring of Retail Banking Risk Division’s activities in line with legal provisions and regulations of supervision institutions;
• Training materials preparation.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of credit process and cycle;
• Knowledge of Bank’s product offer;
• Understanding and knowledge of internal and external regulations;
• Precision and scrupulosity;
• Advanced Microsoft Office user able to prepare tables, presentations and documents; able to work with big databases (Excel, Access);
• Excellent communication skills enabling discussions and cooperation within Retail Banking Risk Division and with other units, including those engaged in credit cycle;
• Good spoken and written English knowledge enabling communication and cooperation with Citi Regional team. Native Polish.
