Responsibilities:

• Collecting data from various teams in order to prepare KPI reports for external clients as well as internal functions;
• Data analysis and report generation;
• Automation of extracting statistics from different systems and databases;
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders in Poland and abroad.
• Timely preparation and delivery of reports to clients and management;
• Performing control functions, verifying the correctness of collected data;
• Understanding all dependencies, business relationships and relationships between teams / sections / departments within the end-to-end process;
• Team support in non-standard situations requiring extensive knowledge and experience;
• Identifying and reporting gaps and risks in the process and helping to prepare solutions for eliminating them;
• Training other team members;
• Participation in audits, business meetings and teleconferencing

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in Reporting functions (Client Reporting, Business Planning & Analysis)
• Financial knowledge
• University degree or last year of studies in a field of economics, finance, management, big data, technology
• Reliability, problem solving, willingness to work under pressure,
• High analytical skills,
• High level attention to detail as well as seeing the big picture,
• Ability to shape and improve processes.
• Strong English (both spoken and written) skills are a must,
• Good knowledge of Excel (Access, VBA)
