Business Planning Analyst
Work place: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Collecting data from various teams in order to prepare KPI reports for external clients as well as internal functions;
- Data analysis and report generation;
- Automation of extracting statistics from different systems and databases;
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders in Poland and abroad.
- Timely preparation and delivery of reports to clients and management;
- Performing control functions, verifying the correctness of collected data;
- Understanding all dependencies, business relationships and relationships between teams / sections / departments within the end-to-end process;
- Team support in non-standard situations requiring extensive knowledge and experience;
- Identifying and reporting gaps and risks in the process and helping to prepare solutions for eliminating them;
- Training other team members;
- Participation in audits, business meetings and teleconferencing
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Reporting functions (Client Reporting, Business Planning & Analysis)
- Financial knowledge
- University degree or last year of studies in a field of economics, finance, management, big data, technology
- Reliability, problem solving, willingness to work under pressure,
- High analytical skills,
- High level attention to detail as well as seeing the big picture,
- Ability to shape and improve processes.
- Strong English (both spoken and written) skills are a must,
- Good knowledge of Excel (Access, VBA)
