Source to Pay Project Mangement Analyst (S2P)
The PM Analyst will be a process expert who has a responsibility for building the end to end process, identifying all other impacted operation towers (cross-tower identification) as well as any other stakeholder and providing profound feedback during any stage of the project to the client and stakeholders. The essential responsibility will be to work closely with the client management team and to support them with managing all incoming projects, to coordinate tasks between client leads defining process changes, impacted operations teams and all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate launch of changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor the project
- Create and change operation processes
- Create the whole process documentation
- Analyze the intake for risks, concerns and impact
- Contribute to regular client and internal meetings globally
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of business experience ideally in a P2P department or similar role type within a financial services environment
- Project or Change Management experience together with superior communications skills and experience in documentation writing. In-depth knowledge of how to create DTPs
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Experience in stakeholder and client management
- Proactive attitude and ability to drive consistent process design and the ability to think strategically and learn quickly
