The person in the role will be a part of the FIU Automation team responsible for the automation of the work of AML Analysts. Employee will be responsible for a wide variety of activities (code development, preparing the testing, gathering the requirements among others) leading to process efficiencies for the teams located in EMEA Region but also globally.

FIU Automation team is a critical component within the AML Transaction Monitoring structure that is embracing the state of art technologies, ensuring that the latest developments on the market are assessed and implemented as needed to drive process efficiency and reduce operational risks. Team is working with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are tailored as per end-user needs, while also having a significant Research & Development part of daily work.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with internal partners to understand the process executed and come up with the solutions and ideas to have it automated
• Designing, planning and developing tools that automate FIU analysts work for EMEA and NAM Warsaw HUB plus tools supporting managerial work
• Global cooperation with partners from different regions in terms of tools development and support
• Cooperation with customers and technology in terms of automation tools
• Support of reporting processes, creation and analysis of reports in cooperation with regional MIS and management
• Support of communication process in area of technical/systemic issues, their status and cooperation with regional PAS team
• Any activities in terms of operational support delegated by manager

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ relevant experience
• Full knowledge of MS Office products (including VBA expertise) - must have
• Ability to build and manage data bases on MS Access platform - must have
• MySQL - advanced knowledge desired
• Python - advanced knowledge desired
• Fluent English
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to effectively work with shifting priorities
• Very good communication skills with various stakeholders (communication tailored to the partner)
• Customer-focused
• Ability to learn quick
• Previous experience of work with projects (Agile / SCRUM preferred)
• Previous experience with RPA will be an asset

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience will be an asset
• Certifications to support skillset desired
