The Voice and Network Infra Tech Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with voice-network project governance and service delivery activities, including investment budget and tracking, project/engineer assignments in JIRA, end-to-end investment spend tracking to support build and operations team. Role is responsible to work with finance, procurement and sourcing teams. The overall objective is to implement project governance using proven agile methodology and also provide senior management reporting around the governance on periodic basis.
Key Responsibilities

Network and voice service engagement and project governance
-
Creating Epic and stories within JIRA tool for voice, network and engineering initiatives. (BAU + New)

Tracking voice and network EOVS, Tier0 under risk and control

Working with voice and network build teams to address and remediate CAP/RE.

Liaison with ICG/GCG business teams for voice projects planning and tracking; Also being aligned with regional business of voice and network roadmaps

Cooperation with FINCON and Operations team to provide solutions during monthly outlook and yearly budget cycles.

Working with financial systems like TCAPS, BRM, FAST to understand the Capex and non-capex costs and adjusting P/L within these tools to track and manage the yearly investment budget
Requirements:

At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge of Agile Methodology and tools; Preferable experience with JIRA

Previous work experience with program level status reporting and creating JIRA dashboards

Experience working on projects or programs with 2 or more lines of business (LOBs)

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Experience in working on cross business initiatives and on global projects and programs

Ability to identify process opportunities within the voice and network managed segment

Experience in creating and managing initiative expenditure proposals (IEPs)

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge and working experience of change management/Incident Reporting tools like ServiceNow a Plus
