Credit Analyst is an expert position in Credit Lending Management Department in Risk Division. Key role of the newly hired Credit Analyst will be assisting more experienced Credit Analysts in managing credit risk of assigned credit clients, in particular, supporting growth of high quality and profitability portfolio, ultimately working independently with own portfolio assigned. Commercial Bank Clients are companies with the yearly turnover of PLN 40 – 4,000MM.

Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis of clients and their investments projects, recommending conditions for credit relationship;
• Preparing documents necessary to make a credit decision;
• Supporting Business Partners in their acquisition activities, by providing analysis of financial standing and credit worthiness of potential clients;
• Ongoing monitoring of financial situation of the clients, incl. analysis and trends in industry, external and internal early warning signals, as well as taking actions adequate to identified risks;
• Supporting actions and projects aiming at improving credit process
• Daily cooperating with other teams in order to ensure most efficientl credit service for customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial sector
• Good knowledge of business finance and of basics of financial analysis
• Good knowledge of Accounting regulations (UoR/MSR/MSSF)
• Fluent English, very good communication, incl. business English
• Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and present sound and independent judgement
• Creativity and initiative in actions
• Very good communication and team working skills
• Effective time and tasks management, ability to set priorities and work under time pressure
• Excellent knowledge of IT tools used at work (MS Office, data base)
