HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 3–4 years of experience in business planning, operations, finance, supply chain, or related functions.

• Experience in forecasting, planning, reporting, or process management.

• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and people development.

• Project management and presentation skills.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional proficiency in English - min C1 level.

• International or regional business experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret and present quantitative and qualitative insights.

• Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field would be an asset.
