Your responsibilities would include:

As Business Leader:

  • setting-up & building scalable and cost-effective Center of Excellence through industrialized management reporting automation and enhanced technology utilization (to enable better report access, slice and dice options, business self-service) in close collaboration with Digital & Technology
  • being responsible for Center of Expertise strategic plan and its implementation, driving service quality through well-defined service metrics
  • implementing and maintaining reporting governance to improve collection, storage, maintenance and use of the reports
  • setting up and monitoring various KPIs to measure the outcome (e.g. cost to report or deploy, time to report or deploy, clarity and relevance of the reports rated by users)
  • constantly improving clarity & relevance through visual tools and expertise to eliminate the risk of getting lost in data
  • driving the collaboration with OpCo stakeholders to review & translate reporting requirements into functional & technical design, following MR governance
  • providing sufficient sparring capability to OpCo Business Control for setting reporting and P&VA requirements and functional designs to enable harmonized insights on profitability and variance analysis across our products and customers and any other business insights to support both local & global decision-making
  • ensuring that Heineken can leverage on the insights using business analytics techniques and make this actionable. This is used in decision making on all levels. Ensure these insights are reliable and adapted to changing business needs.
  • together with Global Process Owner and D&T Co-driving data harmonization, the standardization across the process and ways of working leveraging on benchmarks, external insights and best practices
  • being accountable for continuous improvement and other projects or initiatives in own area of expertise and provide necessary collaboration for cross-functional projects in order to promote simplification, optimization, synergies & innovation in (financial) processes
  • challenging existing processes to identify improvement opportunities using report usage tracking, benchmarks and external best practice
  • quantifying and challenging financial benefits and costs associated with improvement ideas. Ensure project evaluation is in place and benefits delivered are being transparent and visible. Monitor progress of strategic CPI projects and effectively address potential risks and issues

As People Leader:

  • implementing the functional strategic plan by setting operational strategy and team’s objectives
  • constantly monitoring competency gaps in the team and work closely with CoE Leads to bridge these gaps as soon as possible
  • managing and driving high performance, defines clear roles, directions, responsibilities, sets the performance requirements and objectives for CoE team
  • maintaining both the team climate and motivation of your team members at a high level
  • planning rightsizing of the team compared with business requirement. Securing effective team structure and clarify roles & responsibilities incl. back up structure
  • identifying and recruiting talents, secures their effective onboarding support them in their development
  • reviewing performance regularly; providing ongoing feedback to teams and individuals addressing under performance and recognizing best
  • being responsible for effective and efficient cost management within Center of Expertise budget

You are a good Candidate if:
  • you have minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the area of Reporting or Business Analysis (minimum 4 years of experience as people leader)
  • you own Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • you have excellent analytical skills, you are passionate about understanding business scenarios and developing creative solutions
  • you are creative to help identify experiments and challenge business ideas
  • you have good understanding of the analytics playing field, data models and master data and the advanced knowledge of systems and applications including tooling within Digital and Technology landscape
  • you have solid orientation in the developments and what’s happening in the field of technology
  • you have strong ability to engage and influence others
  • you can understand business processes and ICT
  • you have excellent presentation skills (ability to present in a clear and succinct manner to senior audiences)
  • you have strong communications skills
  • you have ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, projects and deadlines
  • you are capable to coach the employees (i.e. providing feedback), steer and develop them so that they are able to reach their highest potential
  • you have strategic and conceptual thinking
  • you have continuous process improvement mindset and practical experiences with application of CPI methodology as well as capability to stimulate employees to proactively come forward with change/improvement proposals
  • you have experiences with Project and Change Management and experiences in leading change
  • you have strong leadership skills
  • you have fluency in English
