Customer Consultant with French or German
We are fastly growing online furniture reseller cooperating with companies all over the Europe based in Łódź.
Beso Lux Group’s (BLG) story began in 2012 in Luxemburg with the creation of interior design brands.
In the following years, BLG expanded in home & decor sector cooperating with the biggest e-commerce retailers
and market places in Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Increase the B2C sale by answering customers calls with customized offer
- Ensure the correct ordering process for individual customers
- Identify customer needs and help customers with their requests
- Update our internal databases with information about sale and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share product requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new products and brands
- Collaborate effectively with other departments (Claims, Marketing, Logistics, Production, Administration)
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Consultant, Customer Support Specialist, Sales Representative, Call Center or similar
- French or German (min C1, native will be a strong plus) and English or Polish is a must, good knowledge of second (French, German) language will be a strong plus
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
