The role will be responsible to perform Business Risk Management role and responsibilities in line with the Incident Capture and Management System (ICAMS) Policy, supporting Institutional Services and Global Delivery in the region, driving alignment and efficiency across core incident management activities (i.e. operating error and loss management activities).

What you will be responsible for
As Senior Business Risk Manager you will
- Perform Business Risk Management role and responsibilities in line with the Incident Capture and Management System (ICAMS) Policy
- Rationalize and enhance Incident Management activities to drive global process improvement, consistency, and efficiency
- Challenge the status quo with focus on value add activities and improved process and solutions
- Establish strong relationships with other Business Risk Management teams (e.g. Reporting, Issues Management, Governance, Hub management) as well as Business Units (internal clients)
- Lead and perform independent reviews of complex or material incidents, ensuring root cause is clear, appropriate correcting actions, and key data is accurately classified
- Review/identify incident trends and themes across the organization. Document observations and liaise with First Line of Defense colleagues, business lines, and Second Line of Defense to document recommendations and actions
- Create analytical reports and presentations as required, highlighting trends and identifying potential issues
- Create and continuously improve Incident Management SOPs/user guides
- Point of contact for internal clients and senior management, providing incident management advisory service

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience in Control, Compliance, Risk Management with focus on one of the following areas: controls design and effectiveness evaluation; operations; risk management, regulatory compliance, and project management with regards to middle to back office operational risk mitigation
- Previous experience in reviewing and implementing initiatives, policies and procedures desirable
- Experience in project leading/management will be an advantage
