You will be first contact person for employees having issues with automations infrastructure or seeking advice about company automations governance. You will be working in GMAS team which is part of IT AI & Automation organization. You will have possibility to grow your development skills by supporting developers on bug fixes implementation and writing automations on your own.

What you will be responsible for:

Actively monitoring ServiceNow GMAS queue and internal mailbox

Responding to Tier 1 level support issues in a timely manner within KPIs and SLAs
-
Providing patient assistance pertaining to technical issues with GMAS developed tools
-
Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams including investigation and issue recognition
-
Reporting code issues to developers
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Ability to examine, question, explore and troubleshoot a variety of technical issues
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
-
Programming experience in VBA/Python/VB.Net/C# is a plus.

Experience in Customer support field is a plus
-
Demonstrated excellence in organizational, time management, and communication skills

Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
-
Fast-learner with inquisitive mind to ask the necessary questions for best and quickest solution

Very good English
