Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for managing the creation of European digital campaigns and content analytics and statistics of the web, mobile and social media platforms
- Delivering reports supporting marketing KPIs and interpret digital marketing analytics to provide direction and insights to the respective European stakeholders
- Owner of the digital marketing reporting dashboards and KPI Framework development for Europe and communications across the marketing team to drive understanding and usage
- Responsible for European digital reporting dashboards in close alignment with the EIA Business Intelligence Team
- Support the standardization of global analytics metrics and tools adoption in Europe in alignment with other analytics teams
What you’ll do:
- Collection and interpretation of European digital marketing (campaigns and content) statistics on all Sites, including mobile and social media channels
- Creation of thorough Reports based on all analytics and maintenance of the analytics dashboard
- Manage the liaison with external service providers for the creation and maintenance of analytics reports and dashboards (if applicable)
- Manage the liaison with Business Intelligence team
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience of web analytics
- Excellent knowledge and experience about Webstatistics and the interpretation of these
- Deep understanding of webanalytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics and similar, as well as mobile and social media management tools
- Consulting experience for the implementation of insights (Content Activities) gained through Webstatistics
- Proficient Excel user, and familiarity with Tableau (or similar tools)
- Interest and experience in Data visualization and presentation, including presentations and dashboards
- Excellent English language Skills
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Experience in dealing with Agencies
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
- Highly dynamic person with track record of delivering results and making change happen
- Moderate level of travel requiredAbility to work sometimes under pressure
- Provide support and train the digital marketing staff in the area of digital analytics
