HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center was awarded as the Business Services Firm of the Year 2021!

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Acting as Business Partner with designated Operating Companies (OpCos), acting as a key point of contact for performance management, stakeholder satisfaction and governance
  • Ensuring a consistent flow of interaction across different stakeholders with regard to performance and governance, enabling performance monitoring and facilitating issue resolution and escalations
  • Facilitating the process of alignment of strategic priorities
  • Maintaining close contact with multiple layers in the OpCos (MT, process owners, Key Users, operations)
  • Conducting measurement of stakeholder satisfaction and defining, driving and coordinating improvement actions and activities
  • Addressing OpCo needs and issues with speed and efficiency
  • Plannig and executing stakeholder communication strategy maintaining engagement of different parties (OpCo, BSO, Global) on a constantly high level)
  • Ensuring a smooth process of incoming requests (in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)) between the OpCos and the Standing Organisation
  • Continuously identifying development and improvement opportunities in designated OpCos and driving the activities agreed upon, feeds into the agenda on making change stick based on feedback from the OpCos

You are a good Candidate if:
  • You have 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
  • You understand E2E processes and the application to the tasks and responsibilities in this position
  • You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal )and interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent active listening skills
  • You have strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills to build and maintain trusting relationships and collaboration at all levels of the organization
  • You have good organizational and planning skills
  • You have experience in monitoring and reporting performance and performance management indicators
  • You have excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service satisfaction
  • You have ability to handle difficult situations and escalations
  • You are proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
  • You have a drive for continuous professional development in self and others
  • You are effective in planning, organizing and executing
  • You have very good command of English (C1) (French and Spanish is a plus)
