The individual will be part of the EMEA Outsourcing Office, which was established in January 2018 to drive consistency in the outsourcing model, framework and oversight for all EMEA legal entities and new outsourcing proposals. The office will be primarily tasked with reducing fragmentation and building consistency for EMEA entities covering JVs and inter-State Street outsourcing arrangements.

What you will be responsible for
As Outsourcing Oversight Specialist you will be responsible for
- Implementation of an Outsourcing framework to support the EMEA Outsourcing Policy
- Tracking the progress to the Outsourcing Office book of work and report to the Line Manager on progress or obstacles
- Escalation of any issues to line manager
- Maintenance of the EMEA Outsourcing Inventory
- Business controls testing over EMEA outsourcing Inventory and outsourcing framework
- Become a FLOD SME responsible for advising BUs and Centralized functions on adherence to the EMEA Outsourcing Policy
- Engagement with Regional Outsourcing Leads across the region to provide guidance and advice to ensure their outsourcing arrangements are aligned with business needs and that business needs are met
- Review and opine on new Outsourcing proposal submissions
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify risk issues to senior management
- Preparation of presentation material and participation in the EMEA Outsourcing Working Group
- Analysis of audit related items as they pertain to Outsourcing to identify areas of risk and propose solutions
- Implementation of a regulatory guidelines and requirements into State Street Outsourcing Framework
- Driving the objectives of the department in delivering a service to State Street EMEA and other contracting offices.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced PC literacy including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook), Collaborate/SharePoint
- At least 3 years of experience in roles related to Outsourcing, AML/KYC, Compliance, Risk Management
- Excellent English is a must
