Miiinto is going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan in Europe and we are looking for new talents, who will provide excellent support for our business Partners and join our amazing team at the Warsaw office. As a Partner Support Agent at Warsaw, you will be making a difference for our Partners every day and take pride in handling inquiries in a swift and efficient manner to ensure that their businesses can grow rapidly and smoothly.

What you'll do

• Provide English support for our B2B partners (1500+ fashion retailers)
• Handle incoming inquiries from Partners via chat and mail
• Educate partners in platform & services usage
• Solve any issues that may occur, mostly related to stock updates, order acceptance, shipping, returns, invoices and payouts
• Co-create process improvements and contribute to their implementations
• Participate in our mission to grow fashion retailers in an online world!

What we're looking for

• Key requirement: Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Able to start working immediately or with a short notice period (less than 2 weeks)
• Willing to work 25 h per week
• Legally eligible to work in Poland
• Computer savvy and with a head for number
• Top-notch communication skills and high attention to details
• Capable of spreading a positive vibe amongst Partners and team members alike
• Experience in customer care, logistics, helpdesk or sales is welcome but not required
• Students status is more than welcome
