Responsibilities:
- cooperate with internal french-speaking clients (managers, directors, executives) for better, more efficient solutions in the SAP system usage,
- provide immediate phone or e-mail advisory and service for the internal client if needed,
- prepare training for client-serving teams in the field of SAP and its financial add-ons within the company's core business processes,
- share best practices and provide support to other team members across borders and service lines,
- stay connected with business and technical experts.
Requirements:
- high proficiency in English and French (C1 level),
- higher economic or financial education will be an asset (as the stakeholders operate daily in core financial processes),
- customer service experience and professional business approach to face internal clients of any grade (senior to executive),
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- great analytical skills and effective problem solving,
- ability to work independently and to prioritize tasks.
