In this role, you have the opportunity to

Become a part of knowledgeable Team of order management specialists, who are responsible for end-to-end sales orders maintenance.

You will assist the entire order flow within Key Markets through close and pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Planning, Sales, Warehousing, Shipping, Finance and others.

Apart from that, you will have a chance to build strong relationships with Customers as well as detecting potential leads for the business. Your challenge is to balance the requirements of ensuring a seamless order flow while providing a result-driven and proactive Customer experience.

You are responsible for

• Management of sales orders – resolving master data, pricing and availability issues

• Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications on Customers’ and Supply Chain functions’ requests

• Supporting Order Management team in daily operations

• Preparing data for daily reviews of Key Performance Indicators (Daily Management Boards)

• Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with Order Management

• Creation of Excel reports for the Team and Customers

You are a part of

Order management Team, which belongs to Products department within Philips SCM structures. You have open-minded and supportive attitude.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Student of at least 2nd year of studies

• Availability to work 40h/week

• Fluent English and Danish, written and spoken (at least B2)

• Good knowledge of Excel. Some SAP experience will be a great plus

• Great communication skills, eye for details, well organized
