WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 5-7 years of work experience in Information Technology, preferably on global delivery roles within IT Finance (ideally Tax)
• Degree in Information Technology related studies
•Knowledge of SAP, S4HANA is a plus
•Strong knowledge of Finance processes
• Good sense of accountability in driving results and decision-making
• Superb communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to manage matrix team (internal/external team members) located in various locations
• Analytical thinking with curiosity to learn the Finance ecosystem and drive it towards the Northstar
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Good understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework and Project Management methodology
• Knowledge of project delivery tools and techniques
• Agile delivery and Project management certification – Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Experience with service management frameworks is a plus (ITIL)
• Any previous experience in delivery of IT Programs or data engineering is a plus

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business evolution and prepare and lead the solutions roadmap
• Lead and govern the portfolio of IT solutions under your responsibility to ensure functional and technical evolution of these solutions
• Ensure solution alignment with the Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, IT Guiding Principles and PMI practices
• Own the delivery of Tax initiatives globally within IT Corporate platform (global, regional, local initiatives)
• Manage the budget and vendor management activities associated with various projects and support activities by following financial guidelines and regular reporting
• Onboarding scrum teams on the Scrum/Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework and manage them
• Support Scrum Master in instilling Agile and Lean practices and mindset within the Team and collaborate with PMI Agile Community of Practice to align on process implementation
• Assess scrum team maturity on periodic basis and mentor team members where needed
• Remove roadblocks, that Team is unable to resolve at their own level, to keep the delivery momentum
• Build an environment where people can trust each other and collaborate in most efficient way
• Coordinate the communication plan, regularly reporting progress to stakeholders
