As Modality Sales Specialist you will be responsible for improving market visibility of obstetric and gynecology (OB/Gyn) Ultrasound equipment, with a primary focus on Premium solutions. The purpose of your role is to identify and generate new business areas/opportunities through acting as catalyst and initiator of new business development, which actually contributes to the growth of the business.

You are responsible for:

  • Generate new business ideas through independent scouting of internal and external sources within CEE region with primer focus on Poland
  • Building, supporting and managing dedicated sales channels for the portfolio
  • Run lead generation campaigns
  • Managing of product marketing with support of Business Marketing Manager
  • Full responsibility for top line business on OB/Gyn selected portfolio
  • Drive incentives to create focus on OB/Gyn in existing channel
  • Develop total value offering for OB/Gyn customers
  • Building and maintaining proper relations with respective KOLs

You are a part of:

Health Systems Ultrasound Market CEER organization. You will cooperate closely with sales, clinical application specialist, service teams in order to maximize the market share and prepare the best value proposition for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical market
  • Proven sales experience in medical, pharma, FMCG or other relevant industries
  • Experience in obstetrics / gynecology field
  • Experience in Modality Management and tactical sales plan
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Readiness for intensive traveling
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and orientation on target achievement
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
