Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for:

  • Monitoring sales order flow and customer delivery confirmation through assigned channels (SAP, M2C, Phone and Salesforce) and other related policies and procedures.

  • Managing first line escalations and troubleshooting

  • Supporting ongoing projects as assigned, driving continuous improvement and monitoring department performance against KPI’S;

  • Managing incoming calls and responding proactively to customer or sales managers enquiries;

  • Supporting various initiatives as identified by management, providing support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Reporting Tools (RT), and working closely with internal teams from Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Complaint Handling and other support functions at arm’s length;

  • Ensuring transactions in our ERP system (SAP) are processed in accordance to documented work instructions, partners contractual liabilities and SOP’s embedded in the QA system;

  • master data maintenance (customer, materials, prices, terms and conditions) for your assigned market;

  • Complying with local regulations, company policies, SOX legal requirement, operating procedures, and task assignments;

You are a part of

our Global Business Services EMEA Hub in Łódź, where we centralize essential Philips business processes. We offer support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and many other departments. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree or vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience

  • SAP and Salesforce Knowledge

  • 3-5 years order desk experience

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Be customer centric and have excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as high intercultural awareness

  • Be passionate about driving change and performing while transforming
