Customer Service Specialist – Incoming Call Line (English Language)

Your responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls;
- Providing comprehensive information to customers and resolving issues related to parcels placed in parcel lockers and courier shipments;
- Ensuring a positive perception of our Partner’s services;
- Meeting the defined quality and quantity parameters for the project;
- After a longer period of cooperation, the possibility of working on weekends and public holidays.
Our requirements
- Previous experience in customer contact via inbound/outbound call lines is welcome;
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT – advanced spoken and written English skills, and knowledge of the Polish language;
- You enjoy speaking with customers, can listen to their needs, and effectively solve their problems;
- Independence and discipline are very important to us—we want to build mutual trust, share knowledge, and support each other;
- Computer literacy is a must;
- Punctuality;
- Empathy and composure.
