We’re looking for a talent specialist to:
• partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective learning programs
• facilitate and/or deliver training on a wide range of subjects
• identify and analyse GIA staff learning needs
• assist in organising, running, and tracking training completion/attendance and report on it
• support initiatives and ad hoc projects focusing on learning and development
Your team
You will be working in the Learning & Development team, part of GIA Audit Management & Support (AM&S), in Krakow. GIA is an independent function that supports UBS in achieving its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management, and the control environment within all business divisions and Group Functions globally. We are independent in our work and report directly to the Chairman of the Board and the Audit Committee.

The Learning & Development team is responsible for facilitating learning and skills development of GIA staff globally through training and other learning and development initiatives. The Learning & Development team identifies GIA-specific training needs and works together with senior auditors and AM&S subject-matter experts to meet them.
Your expertise
• proven work experience in training development, facilitation or coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• experience working with UBS MyCampus and/or Learning and Development functions at UBS would be ideal
• effective organizational, presentation/visual design and facilitation skills
• know-how to continuously evaluate talent and learning programs
• ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and structure tasks and projects
• fluent in English (written and spoken)
• eager to learn and have a flexible and open-minded attitude
