Your role

Are you passionate about employee engagement and talent management? Are you an incredibly organized, strong project manager with an eye for detail and an analytical mind? We are looking for someone like that to support us with our new Employee Listening Strategy. You’ll:
• Manage the execution of employee surveys, analyze results and prepare insightful presentations
• Be involved in designing ad hoc bespoke surveys and virtual focus groups
• Be involved in ownership of our employee survey software and technology developments
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and our external vendor

Your team

You'll be working within our Talent & Recruiting function with teams around the world. Our purpose is to shape the future of UBS by finding great talent, building winning teams and being the best place to grow. You'll be a member of the Employee Experience team, who are responsible for the development and implementation of staff surveys, virtual focus groups and data correlation research across the organization. In your role you'll be working closely with your colleagues in the team, as well as stakeholders from different HR functions across the globe.

Your expertise

• strong project management experience
• good analytical skills and strong knowledge of statistical data analysis
• a university degree or equivalent education
• strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• strong written & verbal communication skills in English, German would be beneficial
• excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
