We are currently looking for a Pricing Transformation Manager for our regional Lubricants business. Our region covers the majority of Europe and Africa and manages a business of more than 1.5b USD in revenue. We envision the role to be leading the analytical transformation of our pricing function by combining business and technical knowledge.
This role is designed to drive accelerated growth for Lubricants in Europe through:
- Driving strong engagement and coordination of all pricing analytical and system initiatives within Ultimate Potential across Lubricants community in Europe
- Supporting delivery of volume and profitability goals across all channels as per the Ultimate Potential Pricing Road Map
- Ensuring alignment with the Global Pricing frameworks and designs
Principal Accountabilities:

Ensures pricing Ultimate Potential Pricing (UP) Road Map is integral in delivery of volume, profitability, and growth goals for the cluster.

Lead projects and Initiatives as defined on Ultimate Potential Pricing Road Map for 2022-2024

Provide regular update to Leadership Team (LT) regarding dilemmas, challenges and progress made

Lead UP Pricing Projects through the whole process starting from the problem statements, solution design up to implementation across organization with focus on analytics and systems

Lead the change management in Pricing analytics

Lead the change management in Pricing systems and tools landscape

Keep bringing focus on Ultimate Potential Pricing analytics and not dropping the ball to bring Lubricants Europe to Pricing 3.0 within 3 years

Stay close the Business-as-Usual operations to adjust the Ultimate Potential Pricing agenda, in case refocus needed as per alignment with LT

Provide, revise estimated value behind initiatives and tracks how it materializes after implementation
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience required:

Commercial acumen is a must (preferably previous Sales, Finance or Pricing experience).

Ideally would have experience in Lubricants B2C/B2B and Direct/Indirect business.

Very strong interface / stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work with influence and lead diverse teams outside the line.

Pricing & exposure management at a skill level.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical ability in Excel, Power BI and other tools and environments.

Experience in working in multi-cultural environments

Creating working designs out of high-level concepts

Fluent English
