Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly HR management information, headcount and regulatory reports
- Maintenance of internal HR Reporting data framework
- Perform HR processes controls as defined in the control plan (in cooperation with Recruitment, HR Administration & Payroll, Learning & Development)
- Perform and centralize (be a point of contact) for HR Controls in line with HR Control Plan
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses
- Uploading data to BNP Paribas HR Reporting systems
- Working together with the global HR Reporting, local finance and management support teams
- Running regular checks over HR data and reporting issues to be corrected
- Support yearly compensation review cycle (data cleaning, updating and reconciliation)
- Participation in various HR Projects and delivery of source data for analysis
Division of working time:
- 20% reviewing quality and consistency of HR data and raising detected issues
- 20% extracting data from HR systems and excel files in line with received queries and reporting tasks
- 20% preparing reports and dashboards in line with expectations of recipients using Excel and Tableau
- 20% querying other HR teams for evidence of performance of required actions in line with controls plan and calendar ; registering the responses in dedicated files and applications
- 20% additional projects
Our Requirements:
- University degree or a student able to work full-time
- At least 1 year experience in a reporting / data analytics / controls role in the corporate environment
- Very good spoken and written English (min. B2)
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and carefulness when dealing with high volumes of data, or rapid changing versions of data sets
- Strong sense of confidentiality, particularly when dealing with sensitive and/or personal data
- Good team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Self-driven, service- and result oriented personality
Optional requirements:
- Experience in working with VBA or TETA HR or Tableau
- Knowledge of applied statistics / econometrics
