Your key accountabilities will involve:

  • Collaborating with HR and the divisional hiring managers to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment and onboarding process
  • Taking full ownership of the end to end resourcing process, with a key focus on improving the candidate experience and ensuring manager awareness.
  • Hold meetings with hiring managers and business partners to discuss operational and strategic recruitment updates;
  • Encourage social sharing of opportunities and coach managers to utilise their social media networks;
  • Partner with employer branding to ensure appropriate visuals, content and strategies to reach the desired diverse target audience;
  • Adopt and utilise sourcing tools available, promote the Employee Referral program and partner with agencies to source candidates where necessary;
  • Conduct and facilitate screening and selection process, ensure a positive candidate experience;
  • Ensure all relevant technology is fully utilised, ensure all information is accurately reflected in Applicant Tracking System;
  • Be a role model in D&I within TA and the wider HR team and business area - actively seek opportunities to target a more diverse applicant pool, utilising tools and resources available.

Requirements:

  • Experience in end to end recruitment (min. 3 years) with wide exposure to contact with internal partners;
  • Excellent communication abilities - proficient English (C1) and Polish;
  • Knowledge of a job market and its challenges, ability to analyze, understand and showcase market data;
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, high level of attention to detail;
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems;
  • Spotless record and strong ethos.
