The aim of the role is to cooperate closely with TBS Business Analyst to develop workflow and configure system according to the needs of Krakow and the UK Broking/ Consulting team, and Product Owners. The support is also extended to carry out QA/pre-Prod testing, answer ad-hoc queries related to TBS workflow and identify and resolve system bugs.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing workflow on system
• Performing QA/pre-Prod testing
• Identifying and resolving system bugs/problems
• Providing system and workflow related support to Krakow and the UK Broking teams
• Increasing the level of system and workflow knowledge to better service delivery to stakeholders
• Acting as a SME for workflow and resolving issues
• Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
• Participating in projects aimed at process improvement
• Ensuring process documentation is reviewed and updated on regular basis
• Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients and 3rd party stakeholders

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills
• JavaScript language knowledge/skill would be an asset
• Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
• Ability to identify and respond to risks
• English level – C1
• Ability to lead meetings and conference calls if required
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to manage work streams in a project
• Ability to work effectively in a project team
• Strong work ethic
