Job Description

Location: Eindhoven/Amsterdam/Łódź

Type: Internship (University enrollment is required)
Length: 6-12 months
Time: 32-40 hours per week
Expected Start Date: end of January to early February

Within the HR Integrated Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory and Services & Solutions Delivery team we are looking for a talented intern that will be part of several HR projects, focused on implementation/change initiatives. The initiatives are in the core of HR and are connected strongly to the global HR People Strategy. This is the ideal position to get deep understanding of HR and get practical experience within a multinational environment.

You are responsible for

• You will support and or lead small projects (e.g. data analytics/reporting/renewing of job profile updates/talent review) with planning, coordinating and tracking actions, which are mainly HR focused;

• Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, communication, information) and organization;

• Report on the progress of the project(s) with an agreed frequency on quality, status, and time to HR Project Managers, HR Business Partners, functional management and to the project members;

• Ensure that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge;

• Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met;

You are a part of

You will be part of a team of HR Project Managers and HR Business Partners working within HR for ISC, Q&R and S&SD. All the colleagues work in different projects and for different functions.

To succeed in this role, you‘ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Bachelor or Master Degree students ideally in a related field, such as human resources, who aspire to have a career within HR

• Excellent Excel/Data analytics skills and experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good influencing skills, relationship building skills and verbal communication skills

• Experience in Project Management and HR is an added value

• Proactive learner and fluent in English

Our intern remuneration package:

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €900 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.

  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.

  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €145,- net

  • Paid holidays per internship term.

  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop
