For our Client, an international leader in consulting and digital services, we are looking for a HR Payroll Specialist with French.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in international/global payroll processing,
  • strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team,
  • proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
  • good command of English and French (min. B2 level, both written and spoken),
  • experience with HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday),
  • experience in multi-country payroll processing will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned clients,
  • reviewing payroll data, reports, and calculations to identify and resolve discrepancies,
  • managing gross-to-net calculations, exception payments, and off-cycle runs,
  • preparing payroll summaries and reports (earnings, taxes, deductions, etc.),
  • maintaining up-to-date payroll systems and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations,
  • handling State and Federal tax obligations and supporting audit processes,
  • responding to employee payroll queries and preparing ad hoc reports for management.
