Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary – 12 months) | Cracow

What you’ll do:

Global Responsibilities:

  • Creating staffing strategies for assigned client groups to ensure we are building talent pipelines.
  • Developing, planning, directing, and evaluating the external recruitment and selection and/or internal transfer process to satisfy the organization's staffing requirements.
  • Building the sourcing plan and ensuring broad access and awareness to open positions through the internet, networking sites and social media.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for all levels of positions.
  • Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
  • Preparing ratings on applicants, making recommendations on starting salaries and providing applicants with information on the company.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from introduction to hire or disposition.
  • Educating and acting as a passionate organizational ambassador ensuring all candidates have a compelling understanding of the organization and the career opportunity.
  • Administering tests/assessments and interpreting results, checking references, arranging transportation of selected applicants, extend formal offers of employment and acts as a liaison with employment agencies and outside vendors, etc.
  • Supporting the building of internal employee referral programs.
  • Leveraging candidate tracking system technology to ensure seamless interactions with the candidates.


Local Responsibilities:

Active Talent Acquisition

  • Turning Amway talent needs into diverse pools of candidates matching competency and culture profile required
  • Actively sourcing, screening and selecting candidates for all level of positions, across functions and European locations with special focus on senior leadership and IT/Technology positions
  • Sourcing potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, and relationship building to quickly deliver a high-quality candidate pipeline
  • Managing the flow of internal applicants applying for open positions including interviewing, selecting and coordinating the internal transfer arrangements definition.
  • Coordinating job requisitions flow in assigned areas and watching over Talent Acquisition data accuracy and integrity
  • Handling candidate and hiring manager queries related to area of responsibility


Talent Acquisition Business Partnership and Project Management

  • Being a key partner for hiring managers and local HR structures across Europe in definition, execution and reporting on Talent Acquisition process
  • Developing staffing strategies and leading Talent Acquisition projects related to establishing new teams and work transitions to Krakow GBS Center
  • Collaborating with HR Managers, Generalists and Communication teams in the area of Employer Branding
  • Knowledge sharing activities (leading workshops/discussions on different topics on Talent Acquisition processes and giving the best practice advice)
  • Cooperating with Universities and delivering trainings to students on career development
  • Independently resolving moderately complex to complex problems and escalations

Talent Acquisition Process Management and Improvement

  • Vendor management (coordinating work of external agencies, sourcing partners, job portals etc.
  • Proactively looking for innovation to talent acquisition strategies and tools and leading its implementation
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert in Talent Acquisition process, actively supporting Coordinators and Specialists in the team,
  • Coordinates Knowledge Management documentation making sure that everything is updated with accordance to recent changes
  • Preparing and maintaining complex reports
What you’ll need:
  • Ability to deliver exceptional hiring experiences
  • Can-do attitude and positive approach to challenges
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment required
  • Track record of successfully filled positions in diverse functional areas and on different organizational levels
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition delivery for multiple countries
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition delivery for managerial roles
  • Experience in cooperation with external sourcing partners is additional benefit
  • Experience in using social media in sourcing activities
  • Good networking, communication and relationship building skills
  • Good knowledge of the local talent market, sourcing tools and selection techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently at the same time maintaining good interaction with other team members
  • Good time management – which allows you to manage your own time and meet tight deadlines even under time pressure
  • Strong organization skills and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Advanced Business English
  • MS Office – advanced level
