Outsourcing Oversight Senior Specialist, Officer

Why this role is important for us:

Outsourcing Oversight Senior Specialist will provide outsourcing oversight support to Ireland legal entities and will be mainly responsible for the quality of outsourcing oversight deliverables and all tasks defined within the outsourcing oversight framework.


What you be will responsible for

  • Assist with team planning and support management in the execution of projects

  • Create and maintain a range of documents including progress tracker spreadsheet, policies, procedures, and user guides

  • Perform and/or monitor quality and internal controls

  • Plan and manage the daily processes

  • Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are produced and dispatched as required

  • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and processes

  • Maintain high standards of personal and professional performance and behaviour

  • Ensure effective logging and resolution of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve

  • Maintenance and coordination of timely updates of the Outsourcing Inventory

  • Assistance with business controls testing

  • Timely and accurate delivery of outsourcing tasks

  • Work with cross-functional teams to help identify risk issues that require flagging to senior management

  • Establish and nurture a culture of ‘Risk Excellence’ within the team, encourage an environment of openness that welcomes effective challenge and supports open discussion

  • Maintain the highest standards of conduct and integrity and ensure compliance with accepted industry practice, company policies, statute and regulatory requirements, and hold team members accountable do the same.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commitment to Integrity and Ethical Values and Strengthen Risk Management Culture

  • At least 5 years of experience in roles related to Outsourcing, AML/KYC, Compliance, Risk Management or central governance function

  • PMO, project management qualification (Prince 2, MSP, Agile) or equivalent demonstrable experience Skills and Experience preferable

  • Advanced PC literacy including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio), Collaborate/SharePoint

  • Excellent standard of written and verbal English is a must
