This role is responsible for HR administration activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements including relevant paper work preparation & sign off. A requirement to demonstrate a flexible approach and ability to work under strict deadlines is essential.

Resposibilities:

  • Act as key contact for all HR queries. Provide accurate and consistent advice to employees
  • Provide support to HR administration
  • Responsibility for administration of personnel files and employee database
  • Ensure confidentiality while handing HR matters. Effectively manage confidential and sensitive information that pertains to employee personal sensitive data
  • Follow operationalized end-to-end local regulatory requirements and internal policies and programs
  • Assist with general office duties including photocopying, packing, data entry, and mailing documents

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with a strong customer focus
