This role is responsible for HR administration activities in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with local legislative requirements including relevant paper work preparation & sign off. A requirement to demonstrate a flexible approach and ability to work under strict deadlines is essential.
Resposibilities:
- Act as key contact for all HR queries. Provide accurate and consistent advice to employees
- Provide support to HR administration
- Responsibility for administration of personnel files and employee database
- Ensure confidentiality while handing HR matters. Effectively manage confidential and sensitive information that pertains to employee personal sensitive data
- Follow operationalized end-to-end local regulatory requirements and internal policies and programs
- Assist with general office duties including photocopying, packing, data entry, and mailing documents
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team player with a strong customer focus
