Team Description:

Risk & Healthcare Team cooperates closely with UK teams consisting of consultants and their support. The team operates within the UK market focusing on healthcare and dental insurance as well as risk management products. Our team supports UK Consultants and UK Support in carrying out all tasks related to Risk & Healthcare Administration.The team’s activities mainly include: age and claims rated reports, data checks, accounts and preparing renewal documentation. This work is primarily carried out through the use of the Health & Benefits web based system (TBS), which is used to store all plan information and acts as an interface between insurers, clients and ourselves.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drafting reports for the consultants in the United Kingdom
  • Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
  • Delivering complex tasks
  • Acting as an escalation point for process, products related issues driven by daily operations
  • Identifying areas of non-value-added activities and potential efficiency gains
  • Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving
  • Suggesting and using tools to measure improvements
  • Participating in and/or leading meetings to define requirements and operational improvements needs
  • Coordinating and planning projects, ensuring the success of project’s closure
  • Participating in or leading transition projects
  • Designing, implementing and developing support materials for solutions to be implemented, such as procedures and training manuals
  • Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date
  • Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients
  • Coordinating and planning projects as well as ensuring the success of project’s closure
  • Overall ownership of internal projects


  • In-depth knowledge of Risk & Healthcare processes and procedures
  • 1,5 years of previous experience in service delivery, preferably within Broking area
  • Extensive experience of Plan Management processes would be an asset
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • English level – C1
  • Ability to lead meetings and conference calls
  • Ability to work effectively in a project team
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Aon tools
  • Analytical Skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to volumes
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills
