Recruitment Specialist

What will you do:

You will have ownership of End to End recruitment process
Act as single point of contact for hiring managers and be responsible for regular updates and communication about projects with them
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group
Cooperate with Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates

What do we expect from you?

At least 6 months of proven experience in similar role
Very good English & Polish skills
We prefer understanding of: recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures including pipeline management, recruiting tools, sourcing channels
Interviewing experience and skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
High flexibility and positive approach to challenges
