Responsibilities:
- responsibility for a specific area of accounting (AR or AP) and performing assigned duties,
- AR: issuing invoices, processing and monitoring the incoming payments, performing month-end account reconciliations, resolving billing inquiries as required, reviewing clients’ accounts, payments and credit history, analyzing customers’ account balances,
- AP: processing vendors' invoices, payments and credit notes, analyzing vendors' accounts, performing balance sheets reconciliations, contacting vendors and clients via phone and e-mail, preparing standard and ad-hoc reports.
Requirements:
- previous experience in AR/AP department or willingness to learn,
- very good knowledge of English and Italian (B2),
- relevant educational (Finance, Economy) background would be an asset,
- very good time management,
- self-motivated, able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
