Where You Fit In


The HR Project Crisis Support Analyst reports to the Crisis Support Lead under the Philippines and Rest of World Team. The role is responsible for ensuring that the systems, structure and process documentation are in place for the global accounting of staff, execution of relatives response, and coordination of employee-support related activities (i.e. accommodation, transportation, etc.). The role will work with 3 other Crisis Support Analysts and will support a network of HR Operations volunteers who are mobilized during a crisis event. The role will also coordinate with members of the Crisis Management team, the Global ER/IR/Compliance team and Country HR to ensure crisis readiness and efficient coordination.


What is the Role?

  • Maintain the readiness and ability to deliver accounting of staff, coordinate staff support-related activities (i.e. accommodation, transportation, food/meals, etc.) and manage the communication to next of kin of impacted staff in the event of a crisis if needed and when it is applicable

  • Support the resourcing and maintain a roster of volunteers and extended members of the team that can be mobilized on a 24/7 basis and assist on their training and upskilling if needed

  • Support in the coordination with Crisis management teams to ensure efficient interfaces in crisis response and coordination with local response teams

  • Liaise with HR Operations leaders and extended members to get inputs on crisis support and mobilization of people across 3 centers (i.e. Manila, Krakow and Manila) during country drills, actual activation and various engagement sessions related to crisis management

Additional Information

We currently need 1 resource who are fluent in both Polish and English languages. These specific language requirement will be needed at the moment in the crisis support for the coordination of staff related requests for Ukraine employees who are currently in Poland
