Your role

The Business Manager role will support the MP Business Management & Strategy team with strategic stakeholder communications, internal and project communications, project management and business operations.

You will:
• Develop strategic & project-specific presentations and communications for stakeholders across the bank, including UBS senior management
• Support the Marketing Platforms management team with performance and project objectives tracking and reporting, and implementation of business strategies
• Support communications for projects led by Marketing Platforms teams
• Drive team culture and team vision through various internal communications and activities such as knowledge sharing, team meetings, and events
• Support daily business operations and administration for Marketing Platforms such as financial processes, organizational data and servicing tools

Your team

Marketing Platforms manages and develops the UBS’ core marketing platforms, channels and tools, e.g. UBS.com, intranet, analytics and email marketing, and provides a wide range of services to internal business partners across the UBS business divisions.

Marketing Platforms is part of Communications & Branding in Group Functions.

Your expertise

• University education, preferably in a Marketing or Business related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in marketing technology consulting, digital marketing or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology and digital marketing
• Proven project management expertise, preferable from a digital marketing area
• Experience in stakeholder management in large organizations
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Knowledge of agile methodologies a plus
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent English skills
