Responsibilities:
- processing deductions,
- verifying information about customers' deductions,
- recovering unjustified deductions,
- contact for 3rd party customers for invalid cash discounts and invalid shortage deductions,
- preparation of Internal and External Control Reports,
- creation of invoices and statements according to the monthly schedule,
- identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and productivity,
- additionally: responsible for efficient cash collection and overdue items management on an assigned portfolio of customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance will be an asset,
- at least 1 year of experience in a similar position in finance, ideally in the accounts receivable process,
- fluent English and French language skills (min. B2),
- good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- demonstrated ability to work independently and under time pressure,
- very good analytical and communication skills.
