If your answer is yes, then you can help us to deliver organizational and functional optimization across Risk Control (GRC):
- assist with operational activities, perform ad-hoc tasks, various analysis as well as any other duties in the area of Service & Process Management
- support Service Managers and Subject Matter Experts to maintain GRC Service Portfolio and Process Architecture ensuring data is up to date, accurate, and consistently maintained in accordance with the Group Policy
- ensure agreed changes are consistently implemented and in peripheral data sources / systems
- collaborate with Service Managers on Key Performance Indicators and ensure corrective measures are defined where performance targets are not met
- contribute to the service reviews by collaborating with Service Owners and Service Line Managers to provide comments on the holistic view of the service portfolio
- support tasks related with Legal entity service disputes, regulatory driven initiatives and Inter-entity outsourcing & off-shoring due diligence
- identify potential automation opportunities in repeated maintenance procedures
- promote Service culture across the organization
Your team
You will be working in Group Risk Control (GRC) – Service & Process Management team in Krakow. Our main responsibility is to govern and maintain the Group Risk Control Service & Process Frameworks and to drive effectiveness, efficiency and productivity increase. Our overall mandate is to support Group Risk Control in the effective management of GRC Service Portfolio
Your expertise
- a university degree preferably Economics/Business Management/Accounting
- an understanding of financial services industry
- ideally knowledge of Risk Control or Risk Management functions (credit, market and/or treasury risk)
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels and from different cultures
- comfortable with working with a remote team and line manager
- highly organized and proactive
- a multitasker, team player and able to thrive when no two days are the same
- interested to find ways or discuss ideas in how to improve the way the team can work smarter
- fluent in spoken and written English
