The team you will be joining is a part of International Fund Services (IFS), acquired by State Street in July 2002. IFS, also known as Alternative Investment Solutions is a recognized industry-leading provider of fund accounting, fund administration and risk services to hedge funds and private equity funds. These services are fully integrated to provide complete end-to-end solutions that span the front-, middle- and back-office requirements of institutional investors.

What you will be responsible for

As Business Solutions Administrator, you will:

  • Administrate and maintain solutions developed by an existing team e.g. SQL/VBA/C# based solutions.
  • Support the development team with their daily tasks.
  • Help end-users with queries and issues.
  • Manage list of development requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with Business contacts globally.
  • Prepare relevant product and project documentation according to agreed standards.
  • Provide regular status reporting to the project/team leads and management.
  • Prepare and conduct trainings, create training materials for end-users.
  • Prepare presentations and reports on the application for management.
  • Track, manage and escalate issues and risks.
  • Ensure tasks/projects are delivered on time.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reports, administration, projects and tasks as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • A University Degree in banking/finance, marketing or any other field. Experience in a corporate environment would be an advantage.
  • 2-plus years’ experience in work with clients (either internal or external).
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity of Agile development methods or proven Project management skills would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of PowerBi and PowerQuery
  • Strong communication skills and advanced command of English.
