Due to the growth of our businesses, we are looking for Business Services Support Supervisor, who will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive support structure for our client. Your key responsibilities
Due to the intensive growth of our client’s service line we are looking for a candidate to provide operational and administrative support:
Supervision, ownership and execution – responsibility for service delivery:
- Mastered calendar management of high level executives
- Organizing complex trips
- Operational meetings ownership, notes taking (including actions, owners and due dates) and attendance tracking. Follow-up on agreed actions with their owners for progress and completion
- Town Halls, client meetings and visits, various events
- Close and effective cooperation with Operational Team
- Various communication
- Support risk management and compliance related tasks
- Understanding and recognizing the business needs of key stakeholders and service lines supported
- Special requests and project type of activities based on customer’s and service line demand
- Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact
- Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Team’s coordination/people management related tasks:
- Coordinating a small operational support team (2 FTEs)
- Being team’s SPOC for all process and people related queries
- Creating successful working relationship with key stakeholders, serving as SPOC for all queries
- Reporting to service line leadership
- Support workload prioritization and allocation
- Creating a solid backup structure
- Execution of deadlines and supervision of tasks till completion and at the expected quality
- Creating effective quality assurance model
- Delivering highest standard of support
- Serving as a counsellor, mentor and coach
- Resolving all people related matters
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in operational/supporting services/executive assistance/office management in a global environment is a must
- Previous experience as a counsellor and/or team’s coordinator (team leader/supervisor or any other managerial role) is a must
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Outstanding ownership for delivery on time and as per scope
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - both written and oral – capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work both as an individual contributor and an operational support team leader

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to cooperate in a dynamic and matrix organization undergoing a constant transformation

- Rigorous organisation and prioritisation
- Attention to details, even under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management, including listening to their concerns and influencing their actions
- Proficiency in fundamental MS office systems: MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Proactive attitude and a positive mindset
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with PowerBI, MS Teams, Yammer
