The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

You’ll be working with state-of-the-art technologies in the area of MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

What you definitely need

• You’ll successfully take part in implementation of MS Dynamics 365 systems (or older versions)
• You’ll enthusiastically enhance your core Microsoft technology knowledge and experience
• You’ll be willing to travel on business
• About 2-5+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM implementations in areas of Sales, Marketing, Service.
• Skills in tools like Engagement Insights, Customer Insights and others
• Experience in data migration
• Knowledge about system enhancements
• Strong team work skills
• Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation
• Higher Education Degree
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
