Sales Back Office Trainee with German
As a Trainee you will join the GBS Academy, which is designed as a fast-tracked career pathway for multilingual graduates in an international and diverse environment to support Philips’ business functions in day-to-day operations. What is Sales Back Office (SBO)?
As SBO Order Cleaning Team we prepare final quotation of equipment for the whole Health System portfolio and process the orders. We act as first point of contact with the DACH market for the Order Intake ensuring orders are clean and bookable. We ensure quality and accuracy of Customer Master Data.
Within the Sales Back Office Team, you will be responsible for

Supporting more experienced colleagues in daily operations and sales-related activities

Managing offers and orders [checking configuration, prices, producing order packages, ensuring orders are clean and bookable, etc.]

Setting priorities and ensuring correctness and completeness of quotes and orders within required timeframes

Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain

Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team

Actively supporting with the implementation of continuous improvement, eg. LEAN tools
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Be recently graduated or be a student of the last year of Bachelor/ Master’s Degree

Good knowledge (ideally B2 level) of English and German

From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)

Availability to work at least 30h/week, preferably 40h/week

Interest in developing your professional career within Sales/Order Management

High energy, adaptability, continuous learning, initiating action, innovative, high work standards
