As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team, you will participate in international tenders for public sector clients. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting Account Teams in strategic pursuits coordination.

Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for the proposal creation coordination for large and complex opportunities from initial assessment through contract award. You will have to focus on, and drive value proposition, solution development, risk identification and management to keep EY and clients interests in the right balance.

You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs.

• Pursuit management understanding, especially public procurement requirements.

• Good planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details.
• Strong project management skills and general ICT knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously,
• Strong focus on the objectives and outcomes – goal driven approach.
• Excellent professional communication skills, ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication.
• Ability to work in a continuously changing environment, proactive with can-do-attitude, looking for solutions and opportunities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bid or project management in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.
