As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist (m/f) you will be responsible for the day-to-day cooperation with our suppliers and making sure that everything ‘arrives on time’. This position requires not only excellent organisation skills, but also accuracy and attention to detail.
What you’ll do:
- Daily cooperation with suppliers from all over the world
- Creating Purchase Orders and proactively tracking them
- Taking care of timely deliveries, including managing transports, creating delivery notifications
- Reporting non-successfull deliveries to the suppliers and managing re-deliveries at the very speed
- Tracking supplier’s performance including managing the feedback calls, taking care about future results
- Management of customs process of an importing business
- Close cooperation with many of our internal departments (Buying, Sales, Logistics, Customer Care, Finance)
You come with:
- Some work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is desirable
- Excellent organisation of working time, including very well priorities setting
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Fast comprehension and analytical and structured way of working
- Posibility to work in our office located in Warsaw
