Your role
Are you analytical and a problem solver? Do you want to further develop your expertise in executive compensation matters and / or Reward governance topics?
We're looking for an HR Reward Specialist to:
• provide support on the full range of executive compensation topics, including employment lifecycle events for selected senior management
• interact and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across all businesses and functions
• think strategically, focus on client needs with a high attention to detail, and assist with analysis of sensitive employment legal matters
• get involved in a broad range of Reward governance topics, including support for the production of the annual Compensation Report and developing materials for key governance bodies (e.g. the Board of Directors)
Your team
You'll be working in the Corporate Governance & Executive Services team in Zurich, which provides guidance and support on all reward corporate governance matters and senior management lifecycle events. The team contains both HR and Legal professionals who possess specialized knowledge and is responsible for delivering high quality products, innovation and continuous improvement. We are involved with the annual reward cycle, long term and equity incentive structures, and analysis and advisory work on executive compensation and Reward governance matters.

Your expertise
• a university degree, (a legal education is an asset but not a must)
• experience working in HR or Reward preferred, especially in a large corporation
• experience working on sensitive matters, with high level of discretion
• strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data
• confident in building networks and connections at all levels
• comfortable prioritizing tasks with a diverse workload in a dynamic environment
• critical thinker with unwavering attention to detail and a great communicator (also when it gets complex)
• fluent in English, German is a strong asset
